I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach and I help women heal their relationships with food and their bodies so they can create sustainable health without the rule book. 

I am passionate about helping women empower themselves by learning to tune in and listen to their own body, eating & moving intuitively & trusting their own divine guidance when it comes to their health.
