how the programme works:

STEP ONE: 90 MINUTE INTIAL CONSULTATION

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invite to your very own health and wellbeing app, I’ll ask you to fill out some forms along with a 3 day food diary so I can get to know your health history, symptoms and goals. This will give me a clear picture of where your health is at and allow me to assess where potential underlying causes may be driving your symptoms. Then we schedule in your initial 90 minute intensive session.

Following our session, I’ll send you across your tailored lifestyle and nutrition plan, including recipe recommendations, along with a supplement protocol (where necessary) and anything else you may need to support you on your journey.

STEP two: 45 Minute follow up call

Implementation takes time, so this follow up allows us to work through any challenges or questions that you’re experiencing and build on any next steps with your plan. This session ensures you’re staying on track and making progress toward your health goals.

STEP THREE: 45 Minute OPTIMISATION CALL

Now that your new habits are becoming the norm, we focus on your next steps. review your progress, fine-tune your plan, and address any remaining concerns. This session is designed to optimise your results and ensure long-term success, helping you maintain your newfound health and wellbeing.
