Gentle exploration and play

Inner child dates
Learn something new, try new things
🌞 Ovulation phase: summer
The peak of your cycle, here's where you're probably feeling your most energetic.
How you might feel:
Sassy, glowy and sexy
Turned on by life
In the mood for pleasure and fun
Like you can do it all
🍂 Luteal phase: autumn
You start to wind down to prepare for your winter.
How you might feel:
Detached, withdrawn
More sensitive to negative thoughts/ criticism
Louder inner critic
What you might need:
Slow down
More mindful consumption
Check in with your intention
Review, thought and focus
More self care
What you might need:
Connection and communication
Prioritise fun
Productivity and new products
