❄️ Menstral phase: winter

Day 1 of your cycle is day 1 of your bleed.

How you might feel:

  • Introverted, quiet, introspective

What you might need:

  • Nourish with warming, grounding foods

  • Set boundaries and rest

  • Time for stillness and release

  • Emotional clear out

  • Journalling, light movement and meditation

🌱 Follicular phase: spring

You come out of your cocoon and start dipping your toe slowly into life again.

How you might feel:

  • Curious, creative

  • Energetic, motivated

  • An increase in self esteem

What you might need:

  • Gentle exploration and play

  • More movement and progression in workouts

  • Inner child dates

  • Learn something new, try new things

🌞 Ovulation phase: summer

The peak of your cycle, here's where you're probably feeling your most energetic.

How you might feel:

  • Sassy, glowy and sexy

  • Turned on by life

  • In the mood for pleasure and fun

  • Like you can do it all

🍂 Luteal phase: autumn

You start to wind down to prepare for your winter.

How you might feel:

  • Detached, withdrawn

  • More sensitive to negative thoughts/ criticism

  • Louder inner critic

What you might need:

  • Slow down

  • More mindful consumption

  • Check in with your intention

  • Review, thought and focus

  • More self care

What you might need:

  • Connection and communication

  • Prioritise fun

  • Productivity and new products

  • Intimacy and touch
